About Us

Dr. Crell and Dr. Troy take the time to place and adjust braces on each and every patient, giving individualized attention and personalized treatment plans. We also offer esthetic options to traditional metal braces, such as ceramic braces and clear aligners.

Emergencies

Although most emergencies (for example, a loose brace) can be addressed during regular office hours, a team member is on-call during evenings and weekends. Please call the office when you experience a problem.

Our family can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Dr. Troy and her staff at Troy Orthodontics! Both our son and daughter have “graduated” from braces through Dr. Troy’s care and oversight and she made the entire process as easy as possible!! Since she took time to get to know both of our children during their appointments, they always felt comfortable and heard. She gave them clear instructions for how to best care for their teeth throughout their time with her and because of that, there braces came off right on time, as scheduled. Dr. Troy’s staff and scheduling team are kind, helpful, and efficient. We were referred to Dr. Troy by friends and we are so glad we chose Troy Orthodontics for both of our children and would do it all over again just the same!! Very grateful!!

My family has had the best experience with Troy Orthodontics. I have three daughters who have all been treated by Dr Troy & Dr Reitz. My two older girls have completed their treatment and have GORGEOUS teeth & the youngest one just started her treatment & I am certain will also have an amazing smile! The practice is friendly, reasonable, easy to work with and always runs on schedule. I highly recommend!

The staff is always friendly and very welcoming. My son has had a positive experience with every visit. I strongly recommend Troy Orthodontics. The office is clean and a great atmosphere. They are always on time for our appointment and my son is in and out quickly. Communication is great and I know we are getting high quality care. We are very pleased with Troy Orthodontics!

My youngest son just had his braces removed today. All three of our sons are/were patients of Doctor Troy. I am so very pleased with all of their results, but particularly with the youngest's smile. Although we used Dr. Troy twice before, we got 2 other opinions, for his situation was a bit different than his brothers. His teeth and bite were much worse. One other ortho said he would need braces, then jaw surgery, then braces again. Another said he just needed invisalign, and he'd be fine. Dr. Troy engineered a plan to remove a couple teeth, and realign his bite with traditional braces. The results achieved are phenomenal! Dr. Troy kept us updated all along the way, our son never waited more than a few minutes to be seen, and the office staff were always friendly and helpful. We are so glad we chose Dr. Troy.

I would highly recommend Dr. Troy and her staff to anyone who requires orthodontia. Dr. Troy supplied all three of my kiddos with braces and did such an awesome job that I went back and got braces myself at age 51. The staff made me feel very comfortable with this decision as it is overwhelming/embarrassing to have braces this late in life. I am very pleased with how straight my teeth are now that my braces have been removed. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Troy is professional with an outstanding bedside manner. She and her staff are warm, friendly and caring and provide excellent services. They all make you feel as though you are part of their family.
